Description
I made this bag based on the pattern found here: rosemary.craftborg.com/2007/08… I changed it up to suit my fancy.
The Dark Mark pattern can be found here: www.stormmoonknits.com/darkmar…
The Slytherin crest was suppose to be done in Fair Isle but I had too many issues and ended up duplicate stitching it on.
This one took forever to make because I had no idea what I was doing. But I learned how to knit and crochet for this. And I am so very proud with how it turned out.
This was a gift I gave to ~SlytherinPuddle. She's a Slytherin (dur) who loves Lucius Malfoy, which is why I made her the pure blood change purse complete with albino peacocks.
A Outer purse-knitted straight in green, grey was added on top with a duplicate stitch.
B Strap-crocheted in a shell pattern.
C Inside purse-liner hand sewn in, Dark Mark knitted using the Fair Isle method.
D Change purse with "PURE BLOOD" duplicate stitched on
E Back of change purse with 2 white peacocks duplicate stitched on.
